Prior Employment Investigation and Good Faith Effort Reporting; 3-year Safety Performance History
Clearinghouse Portal management to include all employer Full Query reports on new hires and Limited Annual Query reports for all current drivers. Full query reports on drivers that have information in the system and reporting of all Federal Drug and Alcohol violations as well as the appropriate guidance on how to follow throughwith an employee after an occurrence of a violation to such policies and programs.
PSP (Pre-employment Screening Program) Reports – We will run these reports on all new hire CDL drivers only. Protects your safety rating!
Violation CAP Reporting (Corrective Action Plan). Follow up on all roadside inspection violations including corrective action and record retention.
DataQ Services (Violation Dispute System/Crash Preventability Determination). All eligible violations/crashes will be tracked through the FMCSA Portal and disputed with the supporting documentation you and the involved driver provides to us to build your case.
Frequent Driver’s License checks and monitoring on all drivers (for available states)
